very important that you read these Terms & Conditions very carefully. By
using this website and/or purchasing the Tyche Windfall System & E-Manual, you
agree that you have read and fully accept these Terms & Conditions. If
you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions then you must
discontinue using this website immediately and you must not purchase the Tyche Windfall System & E-Manual.

Leisure Limited, registered in England No: 3647113.

By
using this website and/or purchasing the Tyche Windfall System &
E-Manual you
are entering into a legally binding Agreement with Racing & Leisure Limited.

You
may not use this website and/or purchase the Tyche Windfall System &
E-Manual
unless it is legal to do so in the Country from where you are
accessing this website.

Owing
to the nature of the product (a digitally downloadable manual),
refunds will not be given under any circumstances. Once you have
purchased, and been provided with, the Tyche Windfall System & E-Manual, the
transaction is final.

Every
effort has been made to ensure that the information provided on this
website and in the Tyche Windfall System & E-Manual is accurate. However no
responsibility is accepted by Racing & Leisure Limited or its
agents for any loss whatsoever caused by errors or omissions whether
negligent or otherwise.

You
are advised not to bet with money you cannot comfortably afford to
lose. Racing & Leisure Limited will not be held responsible for
money staked/lost, for any debts/liabilities incurred or for any
consequential loss by you whether as a result of following the
information provided on this website, in the Tyche Windfall System &
E-Manual
or otherwise.

By
acquiring a copy of the Tyche Windfall System & E-Manual you acknowledge and agree
that it is for your sole use. You agree not to pass on the rules of
the system or the selections derived by those rules to any other
person by any means whatsoever without the written permission of
Racing & Leisure Limited. This will be granted if you apply for a
distribution licence. A distribution licence costs £5,000.00 per
calendar month and is subject to a minimum term contract of 60
months. Contact us for an application form.

If
you pass on the rules of the Tyche Windfall system or the selections
derived by those rules to any other person by any means whatsoever
then you expressly accept and agree that it will be deemed that you
have acquired a distribution licence. Similarly, if you copy,
republish or distribute any part of the Tyche Windfall manual by any
means whatsoever you expressly accept and agree that it will be
deemed that you have acquired a distribution licence. In the event of any
of these circumstances, you expressly accept and agree to pay Racing
& Leisure Limited the sum of £5,000.00 immediately and the same
amount each month thereafter for a further 59 months. Legal action will be taken against you if any
payment is outstanding for more than 7 days. We will also initiate
criminal proceedings against you for infringing our rights
under the
Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. A person found guilty
of an offence under this Act may be fined, imprisoned or both.

Copyright,
Disclaimer and
Privacy notices published below form part
of this Agreement.

If
any provisions of this Agreement shall be found to be invalid or
unenforceable, the same shall not affect the validity or
enforceability of this Agreement as a whole, which shall in such a
case be construed as though the invalid or unenforceable provision
had been omitted.

This
Agreement shall be construed according to English law.

Notice
The
Tyche Windfall system, website and manual were created by Racing &
Leisure Limited and are protected by copyright law. You are not allowed to
pass on the rules of the system or the selections derived by those
rules to any other person by any means whatsoever without the
written permission of Racing & Leisure Limited. Similarly, no part of
the manual or website may be copied, republished or distributed by any
means whatsoever without the written permission of Racing & Leisure
Limited.
